Mizuno Gia Cat
水野 ザカット
HCN Tech - CEO
Born in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In 1995, he received a national scholarship from Japan's Ministry of Education (at the time) and came to Japan as a member of the first cohort of Japan–Vietnam exchange students, studying Japanese language and culture at Osaka University of Foreign Studies. Since 2001, he has been based in Tokyo, engaged in trading operations at trading companies (primarily in the fashion sector), and from 2022 he has expanded his activities into the IT field. Over more than 25 years of living and working in Japan, he has planned and organized numerous music and cultural events aimed at strengthening the Vietnamese community in Japan and cultural exchange between Japan and Vietnam. By combining a deep understanding of Japanese culture, art, and music with hands-on experience cultivated in the trading and IT sectors, and working with partner companies such as Thu Do Multimedia and MCM, he aims to become a bridge connecting Japan, Vietnam, and global markets through sustainable content distribution that respects copyright.

Director and CTO of HCNTech, and founder and CEO of THU DO Multimedia, one of Vietnam's leading technology companies. With over 15 years of experience developing and providing copyright protection solutions for television broadcasters and video streaming operators, he delivers solutions built on proprietary core technology to major OTT platforms such as FPT Play, Viettel TV, MyTV, and VieON across Vietnam and India. He is further driving overseas expansion, including into the Indian market, and focusing on business growth in the FAST Channel field. His vision centers on people-oriented management and building a sustainable technology brand originating from Vietnam.

With over 18 years of experience in the entertainment and music industries, she currently serves as CEO of MCM Online, Vietnam's first music copyright management and music publishing company, while also leading Business Development at HCNTech. She oversees the strategic planning and execution of core services including copyright protection and distribution licensing, the building of copyright-protected music libraries, and audio watermarking technology. MCM has partnered with hundreds of artists and achieved the protection of millions of digital music works.
